Full-time, year-round · Flexible, wind-dependent schedule
Good Breeze Boardsports is looking for a full-time instructor who can teach across kiteboarding, wing foiling, and hydrofoil, and who also has (or wants to build) repair skills for kites, wings, boards, and foils. This is a year-round role — we teach and ride through every season in Cocoa Beach.
What you’ll do
- Teach kiteboarding, wing foiling, and hydrofoil lessons to students of all levels
- Run lessons safely, with a safety-first approach to gear, conditions, and student readiness
- Perform repairs and maintenance on kites, wings, efoils, etc. (training provided)
- Help out with other shop tasks
What we’re looking for
- Strong, confident on-water skills across kiteboarding and/or wing foiling
- Safety-first mindset — comfortable managing risk for yourself and students
- Repair experience (patching kites, re-webbing, board/foil maintenance) a plus; we’ll also train the right person
- IKO or equivalent instructor certification a plus
- Flexible availability — we work when the wind works, so schedules shift day to day
